The content is deliberately simplified for beginners and reviewed for usefulness before it is published.
Beginner-first by design
We prioritize low effort, clear examples, and systems that can be tried with ordinary materials. A method does not need to be comprehensive to be useful.
Care with claims
We avoid health claims, invented historical origins, fake product testing, and unsupported research language. Sources are used where factual claims need support.
Illustrative examples
Examples show how a page or activity might work. They are not personal stories, promises, or a standard you need to meet.
Review dates
A “last reviewed” date is added only after meaningful editorial review. Dates are not automatically refreshed.
